PURPOSE:To quicken the changeover from an active system to a standby system at the occurrence of a fault by providing a duplicated supervisory control unit and a network supervisory processor supervising further the supervisory control unit of the active system and the standby system to the active system and the standby system. CONSTITUTION:An optoelectric conversion section 32 consists of electrooptic converters (E/O) 21, 22 and optoelectric converters (O/E) 23, 24. They are connect to optical transmission lines 18-0, 18-1 of the active system and the standby system as shown in figure. Since the optoelectric conversion section 32 is used common, it is used selectively for a supervisory control unit 31-0 or 31-1 of the active system or standby system selectively. Thus, changeover switches 33-0 and 33-1 are provided. It is very easy to provide the 1st path 41 between a control section (PCO) 26-0 and a processor (NSP) 12, to provide a 2nd path 42 between a control section (PC1) and the processor (NSP) 12 and to provide a 3rd path 43 between the control section 26-0 and 26-1. |
