PURPOSE:To facilitate automation of food processing, by providing a structure in which a food receiving member is formed as openings at a regular interval on the same circumference of a rotating disk and the openings are successively rotated so as to conform to the processing openings of a processing member. CONSTITUTION:A processing apparatus body 12 having a food receiving member 22 provided with openings 20 for receiving a food to be processed, putting a food material (F) therein and carrying the food to a processing position, an extrusion member 26 for extruding the food material through a piston cylinder device 24 and a processing member provided with a processing opening 28 set at the processing position and passing the extruded food material through the processing opening 28 to carry out given processing. The food receiving member 22 is in the form of a disk and intermittently rotated with a shaft 32 as a center. thereby the food receiving openings 20 provided on the peripheral part of the disk can be successively conformed onto the processing opening of the processing member. |
