PURPOSE:To attain a remote control with less installing cost and without damaging external appearance by utilizing a telephone line so as to transmit the control code of the same frequency as that for a wireless remote controller attached to an equipment such as an air-conditioner in the house of the incoming side to the equipment in the house. CONSTITUTION:When a caller makes a phone call to his own home by using a telephone set at the visiting place, a call bell rings in a telephone set 3 of the home, and a call signal from a controller 4 is inputted to a microcomputer 11 via a signal conversion section 13. Then the caller inputs a numerals corresponding to his identification number and transmits the numerals corresponding to the control code. The microcomputer 11 sends a control signal from an infrared ray emitting section 6 to apply remote control. Thus, no installing cost is required and the external appearance is not damaged, and further, a block filter for preventing signal leakage, a bypass capacitor for preventing signal transmission fault and a noise filter are not required.
