PURPOSE:To always equalize the quantity of toner to be replenished to a developer storing part, by constituting each toner carrying member so that the more distant a toner storing chamber is from the developer storing part, the more the number of times of toner replenishment increases. CONSTITUTION:A toner is replenished to the most distant section chamber 32. The toner in the section chambers 31, 32 is successively replenished through toner replenishing window holes 34, 35. In such a way, each toner carrying member 41, 42 is constituted of a relation in which the more distant the toner storing chamber 32 is from a developer storing part 4, the more the number of times of toner replenishment increases, therefore, the toner quantity existing in the adjacent section chamber 31 of the developer storing part 4 is always maintained in the reference range quantity having no excess nor shortage, and the replenishing quantity per unit time of the toner replenished to the developer storing part 4 can always be made constant.
