PURPOSE:To facilitate axis aligning between a measuring tube and an external box and other operations, by making the outer circumference at both ends of the measuring tube abut the inner circumference at both ends of low external box through a positioning block. CONSTITUTION:A measuring tube 12 is brought into contact with a lower external box 18 through a positioning block 19 at both ends thereof and other parts are separated from each other. This enables aligning between both axis lines thereof simply by placing the measuring tube 12 on the lower external box 18 facilitating machining in the condition. The upper and lower external boxes 17 and 18 are made to abut each other between junction ends thereof, the combination under which the upper external box 17 is separated from the measuring tube 12 with no contact point therebetween. This allows axis lines of semi- cylinders to align between both the external boxes 17 and 18 while preventing the inclination of axis lines of magnetic electrode housing sections 17a and 18a at both the external boxes thereby facilitating the machining of both the external boxes.
