PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition having excellent low-temperature impact resistance, flexibility, moldability, etc., and suitable for exterior parts of vehicle, etc., by compounding an ethylene-propylene copolymer having a specific Mooney viscosity with a crystalline propylene polymer, etc., at specific ratios. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be produced by compounding (A) 10-35wt%, preferably 15-30% ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber having a Mooney viscosity (ML1+8, 120 deg.C) of 100-270, an iodine value of preferably <=30 and a propylene content of 25-50% with (B) 50-80% crystalline propylene polymer having a melt flow rate of 0.1-80g/10min and (C) 5-30% rubber softener (e.g. process oil) in a manner to give a composition having a flexural elastic modulus of 2,000-5,000kg/cm<2>.
