PURPOSE:To utilize a solid-state memory effective by constituting a switching circuit in such a way that its external voice signal and its received voice signal are not outputted to a low frequency circuit at the voice analysis/recording to the solid-state memory by a microphone. CONSTITUTION:At the reception mode, a received voice signal is outputted normally via a low frequency circuit 2, the received voice signal is stored in a solid-state memory 8 and the received voice signal is reproduced and outputted via the low frequency circuit 2 by the reproduction, on the other hand, in the recording state at the external voice signal recording mode, the external voice signal and the received voice signal are not outputted to the low frequency circuit 2 by a switching circuit 4 and the recorded external voice signal is outputted via the low frequency circuit 2 by the switching circuit 4 through the changeover to the reproducing state. Thus, the solid-state memory 8 is used for both the storage of the received voice signal at the reception and the storage of the external voice signal at the external voice input in common.
