PURPOSE:To contrive to reduce number of components and to improve the workability by providing a terminal relay part incorporatedly to a speaker case and providing a slot with a locking folded part and an input lead latched thereto to an eyelet inserted in fitted to the relay part thereby abolishing wiring work threading a gold thread wire through the hole of the eyelet. CONSTITUTION:The terminal relay part is formed incorporatedly to a resin frame 17 formed by incorporated molding by a thermoplastic resin and the eyelet 18 is inserted and fixed to the relay part. Then a V-cut 18a with the gold thread wire 8 latched thereto is formed to the eyelet 18 and a notch 18b is provided to both end of the V-cut 18a in advance for preventing the fallen-off, the notch is opened soon to provide spring effect thereby preventing fallen off from the frame 17. Thus, since the terminal is formed by resin incorporating molding, the number of components is reduced and the bonding man-hour between the frame and terminal is reduced and the gold thread wire 8 has only be latched to the eyelet 18 and to threading work is required by using the V-cut eyelet 18 and the mechanical labor saving attained.
