PURPOSE:To reduce number of externally mounted components and number of pin terminals in circuit integration by using resistors and capacitors used in common for a linear emphasis and a low pass filter circuit of a clip circuit. CONSTITUTION:A linear low pass circuit 4 comprising i resistor R2 and a capacitor C1 is connected between an input terminal 1 and an inverting input of a differential amplifier 6, and a linear full band pass circuit 3 comprising a resistor R1 is connected between the input terminal 1 and a noninverting input of the differential amplifier 6. Moreover, a nonlinear compression circuit 5 adjusting an AC equivalent forward conduction position of a diode is connected to an output of the differential amplifier 6. Then the output signal from the nonlinear compression circuit 5 and the input signal from the input terminal 1 are added. Thus, the resistors, the capacitors for the low pass circuit used for the emphasis and the resistors and capacitors of the low pass circuit used for the clip are shared in common. Moreover, in case of circuit integration, number of externally mounted components is reduced and number of pin terminals is decreased.
