PURPOSE:To drive smoothly a support, to use it at a small location and to reduce the cost by providing a package recess to store a transmitter to an equipment main body or its surrounding, placing a bag having an elastic body and small holes between the plate shaped support and the bottom of the storage recess and driving the plate shaped support upward by the elastic body and the bag. CONSTITUTION:A plate shaped support 2 of a size to be stored freely is fixed to a storage recess 1a provided to the equipment main body1 by an elastic body 3 and a bag 4. In storing a transmitter 6, it is to be placed on the support 2, and in removing the transmitter 6, it is removed from the upper part of the support 2. In this case, the support 2 is driven upward by the elastic body 3, since the volume of the bag 4 is changed simultaneously, it is required to intake external air. Since small holes 5 are provided to the bag 4, a resistive force is caused in external air intake. The force is utilized to drive the support 2 slowly upward. That is, the support 2 is driven slowly, no expensive buffer is required and the cost is decreased.
