PURPOSE:To utilize the titled device without a limit, as an input surface having plural kinds of input functions, by extending the input surface of a touch panel input part in a touch panel to both faces of the touch panel input part by making the touch panel into a double spread movable structure. CONSTITUTION:At least one piece of touch panel is made freely rotatable by a movable mechanism part 4 in the same way as a power 5, and by a double spread movable mechanism of this touch panel, both faces of the surface and the reverse side of a touch panel input part 2 are utilized as input surfaces. Accordingly, in case of using selectively the touch panel, namely, the input surface of the touch panel input part 2, as the input surface having plural kinds of input functions, it is unnecessary to constitute all of plural kinds of input functions of the whole surface. In such a way, each surface can be allowed to have one kind of input function, respectively, and also, a change for using one input surface as the input surface having plural kinds of input functions is not required.
