PURPOSE:To attain noise elimination at phase discontinuous point at low cost, with small size and at high speed by using a timing output circuit and an automatic gain control amplifier (AGC-AMP). CONSTITUTION:The timing output circuit 1 outputs a pulse having a required length in matching with the timing at a phase discontinuous point as a pulse output 7. As a way of pulse output, one pulse from a CPU is supplied by the control of the CPU or the like when the phase discontinuous point is known, and a monostable multivibrator or the like is triggered at the edge of a counter or the like by the hardware constitution to output a pulse output of a required length. Then a waveform shaping circuit 2 eliminates harmonics in an output pulse from a timing output circuit 1. The output 8 with harmonics eliminated thereof is inputted to an AGC input 4 of the AGC-AMP 3, where the gain is decreased at the phase discontinuous point of an analog input signal 5.
