PURPOSE:To obtain a corrugate horn of high precision having a desired characteristic by an easier method by making the size of the gap between fins depend on the cutting precision. CONSTITUTION:A copper plating layer is formed to the thickness corresponding to the length of the fin to be provided on an aluminum cone 6 of prescribed size. Then, the plating layer 10 is shaped by the cutting process so as to be suitable to the provision of the desired fin 5. Two semi-circle aluminum spacers 7' are fitted upside and downside the upper part of the gap between the fins and the upper and lower mating faces are fixed by aluminum solder. Then, a copper plating layer 8 is provided on the entire surface by the plating process. The cone 6 and the spacer 7' made of aluminum material are removed by chemical dissolution. Thus, the fabrication process is made easy and the precision of size is kept surely. |
