PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a double sided tape and to attain rinse of flux after soldering by containing a piezoelectric element having at least an electrode on both faces and two electrode plates to a package case having an opening end, projecting the two terminals from the open end and folding them at a right angle and providing a dummy terminal to the outer terminal of the containing case. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 2, 2 are formed on both faces of the piezoelectric element 1, the electrodes 2, 2 are clipped by electrodes 4, 4 formed incorporatedly with terminals 3, 3 and they are contained in a package case 12. Then a sealing plate 6 and a resin 7 are sealed to the open end of the package case 12 and the dummy terminal 13 is provided to the other end of the package case 12. A V-slot 12c is provided to the other end of the package case 12, the dummy terminal 13 is subjected to press fit to connect the dummy terminal the package case 12. The vibrator is mounted on a printed circuit board without using the double sided tape and of flux after soldering is attained.
