PURPOSE:To easily performing reserving operation in one-minute units with a small space by adding a function which adds new data in minute units even when a start or end time is set in units of about 30min. CONSTITUTION:Bar codes on a bar code sheet 9 each consists of a channel, a start data, a start time, an end time, and a time addition bar code and bar code information read out of this bar code sheet 9 is decided and read by a bar code decoder 4. Then, a memory 5 which stores decoded data has a memory area for the start time and end time, the bar code information in minute units is added, and the time addition signal of the bar code is readable and added to a start time or end time which is inputted previously. The start time or end time which is inputted previously is set in units of about 30min and the function which adds new data in minute units thereto is added to easily make reserving operation in one-minute units with the small space.
