PURPOSE:To prevent a developer from adhering to the outer wall, and disturbing a flow of the developer on a magnet roller, by providing a metallic plate or a metallic film to which a voltage of the same polarity as that of an electrified developer is applied, on the inside of the outer wall for preventing the scattering of the developer. CONSTITUTION:In an electrophotographic device having a developing device covered in a closed shape with an outer wall 9 so that the stored developer 100 is not scattered to the outside, a conductive layer 11 is formed in the inside of the outer wall 9, and also, a voltage of the same polarity as that of the electrified developer 100 is applied. In such a way, each repulsive force acts between the floating developer 100 and the outer wall 9, the developer 100 scarcely adheres to the outer wall 9, a layer of the adhering developer becomes thick, and in the end, it can be prevented that it disturbs the developer flowing on a magnet roller 5. |
