PURPOSE:To produce a resin composite with polyamide and denatured polyolefin molecular chains entangling each other by kneading polyamide and polyolefin in the presence of an unsaturated amide and specified amounts of denaturant and a peroxide. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. of a mixture comprising (A) 50-95wt%, preferably 60-90wt% of polyamide such as nylon 6 and (B) 5-50wt%, preferably 10-40wt% of polyolefin are melt-kneaded with (C) 0.02-5pts.wt. of an alpha,beta-unsaturated amide such as acrylamide, (D) 0.01-3pts.wt. of an alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride such as acrylic acid and (E) 0.001-0.8pt.wt. of an organic peroxide such as cumene peroxide.
