PURPOSE:To improve the workability and to improve the quality by forming a layer of a viscous adhesive having an adhesion at room temperature, being cured by heating and adhered onto a base sheet. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing paper sheet is obtained by forming an adhesive layer 2 on the surface of the base sheet 1. The adhesive forming the layer 2 has a viscosity at room temperature and adhered through curing by heat, 100 parts of wt. of the epoxy resin, 3 to 15 parts.wt. of acrylnitrilbutadiene copolymer including a carboxyl radical, 60 to 100 parts. of wt. of synthetic rubber and 20 to 150 parts. of wt. of telephenol rein are used as the major component and a latent curing agent for epoxy resin such as diciandiamide is added and mixed for preparation.
