PURPOSE:To facilitate the common share of one and same line to plural terminal equipments by providing a means executing automatically the switching and selection. CONSTITUTION:A line input/output signal from plural terminal equipments is led to a transmission control circuit 10 and a switch 14, the output of the transmission control circuit 10 is connected to a control signal generating circuit 11, the output of the control signal generating circuit 11 is connected to the switch 14 and a control signal decoding circuit 12 receives a signal from the switch 14 and the output of the control signal decoding circuit 12 is led to the switching control circuit 13 to control the switching at a call incoming. Thus, it is possible to share the limited number of lines in common by plural terminal equipments and the resource is utilized effectively.
