PURPOSE:To prevent generation of speaker deformation, distortion and trembling by forming recess and projection to both faces of a flange part located around the frame mounting screw hole. CONSTITUTION:As the mount part, a knurling working 9 and sawtooth slot working 10 are applied to the mount part of a frame 8 formed incorporatedly with magnetic field part to absorb trembling, and formed to have a thickness corresponding to the strength of the thickness of the steel plate frame. Then a reinforcement rib 11 is formed as a taper from the inner ridge toward the outer circumference of the mount part. Since the mount screw hole 2 is abutted against the front face of a cabinet 6 in this way, a screw 5 is inserted and tightened to be in point contact to the cabinet 6 and since the mount member itself has an elasticity in tightening the screw 5, the mount part is abutted uniformly without slipt. Thus, no trembling due to vibration is caused. Moreover, neither deformation nor distortion is prevented by the reinforcement rib 11.
