PURPOSE:To enhance the performance of a magnet by making the thickness of a part of a top plate constituting a magnetic circuit opposed to a pole piece thickner than that of a part stuck on the magnet. CONSTITUTION:The magnet 2 is joined to the upper part of the pole piece 1 and the top plate 5 having a folded part 5a folding a part opposed to the pole piece 1 vertically downward is joined to the upper part. Thus, the folded part 5a exists at the side of the top plate 5 opposed to the pole piece 1 and the pole piece 1 is formed lower by the height (t2>t1). Since the thickness of the face of the top plate opposed to the pole piece is made thicken even if the thickness of the top plate is made thin, the performance is maintained.
