PURPOSE:To attain supervisory control to a line and equipment within a management territory of its sales station from its own sales station even if the switching state of a distribution line switch is changed due to a fault and a substation supplying power is changed by providing a power supply to both sides of a distribution line equipment and a signal bypass circuit tying both sides of the distribution line equipment. CONSTITUTION:Filters 2a, 2b passing a signal frequency and blocking the commercial frequency are provided at both sides of a switch l and both the filters are connected by the signal bypass circuit 3. If a fault takes place at a point 8, switches 1a, 1b are opened and a switch 1j is closed, and although an area 10c is substantially in charge of the X sales station, the power is supplied from a substation 9b in the territory of the Y sales station. Slave stations 5c, 5d applying remote control to switches 1c, 1d in the area 10c otain the power supply from the substation 9b but transmit/receive the signal through a distribution line carrier equipment master station coupler of a substation 9a.
