PURPOSE:To prevent breakage of a bearing device due to seizure by using ceramics for a sliding portion of the bearing device and filling up a groove on a sliding surface of a shaft or a bearing with a lubricant. CONSTITUTION:A pulley and an arm shaft 13 are rotated in the direction of an arrow A by driving force from a driving source. In the interior of an arm shaft bearing 11, the arm shaft 13 and an arm shaft bearing portion 17 start slide at sliding surfaces 13a, 17a. Though the frictional heat is generated by sliding, the arm shaft bearing portion 17 is formed by non-oxide ceramics and the sliding surface 13a of the arm shaft 13 is flame-coated with oxide ceramics so that coefficient of friction of the sliding surface 13a, 17a is very small so as to prevent breakage of a bearing device due to seizure combined with a lubricating and cooling effect produced by grease filled in an elliptic groove 21.
