PURPOSE:To prevent the falling of an antiskid fixture and the cutting of a tightening band from occurring, by attaching a center locking member to a wheel, while stretching the hooking member attached to this locking member free of rotation, between antiskid fixtures, and making the tightening band so as to be stretched and engaged. CONSTITUTION:A center locking member 1 is attached to a tire wheel with bolt and nut. A hooking member 3 is rotatably fitted in the top of the erect part 1'' installed as stood erect concentrically with the center locking member 1, and a cap 4 is fitted in the outside. And, a hook band 5 consisting of rubber or the like is attached to an outer edge of this hooking member 3, and a hook 6 at the tip is engaged with an antiskid fixture S. With this constitution, even if there is produced slippage between the antiskid fixture and a tire with travel of a car, the hooking member 3 is relatively rotated to the tire together with the antiskid fixture. Therefore, the cutting of the stretching band and the falling of the antiskid fixture are preventable. |
