<p>PURPOSE:To recover a large part of remaining iron as molten iron and to send it to the next process as it is, by flowing out the remaining iron through the opening of the furnace wall to a crossing trough and continuously receiving the molten iron in plural molten iron ladles by operating the crossing trough. CONSTITUTION:Corrosion line of refractory 1 at the furnace bottom is assumed and a hole is opened (A side) as aiming the part around assumed corrosion line, and the remaining iron trough 2 is arranged and the remaining iron is flowed out to the above trough 2 and further flowed out to the crossing trough 5. By operating the crossing trough 5, the molten iron ladle 4 receiving molten iron is changed to receive continuously the molten iron into plural molten iron ladles 4. Further, at the time of changing the molten iron ladle 4 for receiving molten iron, by changing the inclined direction of crossing trough 5, which is come to supporting point near at center thereof, or at the time of changing the molten iron ladles A1, B1 for receiving molten iron by moving vertically only one end of crossing trough 5 through chain 12, etc., the crossing trough 5 is desirable to use.</p> |
