PURPOSE:To obtain the titled hair dressing agent having high hair nourishing effect, white hair preventing effect, suppressing effect on fallen hair, etc., by activating skin, especially scalp, containing an extract of the whole herb part of Angelica Keiskei Koidz as an essential component. CONSTITUTION:The titled hair dressing agent containing an extracted solution obtained by extracting the whole herb such as leaf and stem part, root part, etc., of Angelica Keiskei Koidz, an umbelliferous perennial weed with warm water at 15-80 deg.C, preferably 40-50 deg.C, a concentrated solution thereof or dried powder thereof as an essential component. The amount of the essential component added is preferably 3-10W/V calculates as 1% aqueous solution based on hair tonic. |
