PURPOSE:To enable pressplates to be full-automatically made and carried by the required number in a minimum time, by a method wherein, during the process with one process machine, the process of the same paper face is carried out with another process machine, and the remaining number of the required number for the paper face is redistributed to the respective process machines. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of process machines 10 and a plurality of unloading portions 13 are connected by lines of a plurality of conveyers 12. The lines between loading portions 11 and the conveyers 12 are so constructed as to allow the carrying to an arbitrary one of the unloading portions 13 from any of the process machines 10. In a fill automatic redistribution, such a requirement of redistribution as that the same paper face is under process with another process machine is judged at the receiving of a process start. If the requirement is met, the pressplates of the same quality are used by the same set, whereby the predetermined number of pressplates and experience for every unloading portion 13 are stored, and the pressplates are redistributed by the predetermined number for every unloading portion 13 so as to be equal in each process machine. In this manner, the full automatic process of the same paper face can be conducted by using a plurality of process machines, thus enabling pressplates to be made and carried by the required number with a minimum time. |
