发明名称 STICK PREVENTING STRUCTURE OF VALVE ROD FOR FLOW REGULATION VALVE
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent sticking phenomenon between a valve rod and a bush reliably, by forming a ceramic layer onto at least one of the outer face of the valve rod or the inner circumferential face of the bush. CONSTITUTION:Ceramic layers 15a, 15b are formed through coating agent onto the outer face of a valve rod 4 and the inner circumferential face of a bush 6. Ceramic layers are formed by applying surface treatment through shot spinning onto the surface of metallic member then adhering a bond layer thereto and finally plasma spraying ceramic material with uniform thickness. Since the ceramic layer 15 is formed onto the sliding faces of the valve rod 4 and the bush 6, the surface of the metallic member is protected from oxidation due to vapor and production of scale is reduced, resulting in prevention of sticking phenomenon of the valve rod 4.
