PURPOSE:To easily adjust the backlash, by supporting opposite ends of either of a first shaft or a second shaft on which a gear is fixed, by eccentric flanges, and sandwiching each eccentric flange between a case and a fixing plate connected to the case. CONSTITUTION:Eccentric flanges 11 have a center line B eccentric from a center line A of a second shaft 3 by a small distance DELTAl, and support opposite ends of the second shaft 3 through bearings 8. Each eccentric flange 11 is provided at its end with a prismatic projection 11a, and is sandwiched between a case 1 and a fixing plate 12 by bolts 9. In this constitution, when the bolts 9 are loosened to rotate the eccentric flanges 11, the bearings 8 are rotated around the center line B, so that a center distance between a second gear 5 and a mating gear is changed. |
