PURPOSE:To obtain a vitamin-containing cosmetic preventing stain, dillness, dark complexion, etc., having low irritation to skin and extremely high safety, by blending a base with active type vitamin D3. CONSTITUTION:A cosmetic base is blended with active type vitamin D3 such as 1alpha,25-dihydroxy-vitamin D3, 25-hydroxy-vitamin D3, etc., to give a vitamin- containing cosmetic useful as an external preparation, wherein the vitamin suppresses activity of melanocyte, normalizes keratinization of epidermal cell and shows the above-mentioned effects. Since the vitamin is especially a substance in organism originally and a receptor thereof exists in skin, function to suppress activity of melanocyte surely acts and the cosmetic shows more improved above-mentioned effects than existing cosmetic containing vitamin C. The vitamin-containing cosmetic has hardly irritation to skin and reduced influence such as side effects on organisms. |
