PURPOSE:To protect a thin wall portion of a diaphragm without complicating an assembling process, to reduce the manufacturing cost and to improve the durability by providing a protecting member for outwardly covering a deformed portion on the diaphragm by monobloc forming or adhesion. CONSTITUTION:A rubber-like elastic body 13 is interposed between fixing members 12, 11 of the support side and the vibration side, and a partition plate 14 having an orifice 14a formed at the center thereof and a diaphragm 16 of rubber-like elastic body are fixed to the fixing member 11 by caulking. The diaphragm 16 is integral with a thin wall portion 16b and a protecting piece 16c as a deformed portion formed on the outer peripheral portion of a thick wall portion 16a, and the protecting piece 16c is adapted to outwardly cover the periphery of the thin wall portion 16b. Accordingly the thin wall portion of the diaphragm can be protected without complicating an assembling process to reduce the manufacturing cost and improve the durability. |
