摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a low alloy steel for a turborotor having increased ductility and toughness, and excellent antitemper brittleness without lowering the strength at elevated temp., by specifying the comps. consisting of C, Si, Mn, Ni, Cr, Mo, V and Fe. CONSTITUTION:The low alloy steel for the turborotor consists of, by weight, 0.10-0.35% C, <=0.05% Si, <=0.30% Mn, <=0.60% Ni, 0.5-3.0% Cr, 0.3-1.5% Mo, 0.1-0.3% V, and further at need, <=0.005% P, <=0.008% As, <=0.010% Sn, the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. Said steel has the excellent ductility, toughness and antitemper brittleness without lowering the strength, particularly creep break strength.
