PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a foam, and to satisfactorily coat, an image forming solvent even if it is allowed to circulate and reused extending over a long period of time, by allowing the image forming solvent to circulate between a solvent supply part and a solvent storage part, and also, allowing a deforming agent to exist in this circulating system. CONSTITUTION:Water is allowed to circulate and reused through a supply pipe 74 and an overflow pipe 78 between a main tank 72 and a circulating tank 94, and also, on the surface of a solvent of a circulating water tank 94A of the circulating tank, an oil absorbing sheet 120 impregnated with a deforming agent is provided, and in addition to them, a purifying agent layer 110 is pro vided, and also, a filter 99 is provided. In such a way, an inorganic substance, an organic substance, a colloidal particle, and a surface active agent, including such impurities as a binder, dust, etc. eluted from a photosensitive material 16 carried in by overflow water are eliminated and a deforming effect is im proved over-all.
