PURPOSE:To considerably reduce a change in the processing performance of a color developing soln. due to reduced replenishment by using three kinds of specified yellow, magenta and cyan couplers. CONSTITUTION:When a silver halide color photographic sensitive material contg. a yellow coupler represented by formula I, a magenta coupler having repeating units represented by formula III and derived from a monomer represented by formula II, and a cyan coupler represented by formula IV or V is processed, a color developing soln. is replenished by <=9ml per 100cm<2> sensitive material. The concn. of bromide in the color developing soln. replenished is set at <=4X10<-3>mol/l but it is necessary to regulate the concn. of bromide according to the degree of reduction of replenishment. Generally, it is necessary to lower the concn. of bromide in the soln. replenished in accor dance with reduction in the amt. of the soln. |
