<p>The apparatus is characterized in that an image forming layer (6) is inserted between the primary (5) and secondary magnifier (7) of the composite magnifying system, in respect to the travel of the beam after the object (4), in the image plane of the primary magnifier (5), said layer (6) being formed by independent particles having been dispersed in a medium, the index of refraction of which differs from that of said particles, said image forming layer being displaceable in the image plane, whereby the images coincide with the object plane of the secondary magnifier (7).</p> |
