<p>PURPOSE:To reduce required power to a large extent, by constituting a gaseous mixture separation apparatus by arranging an adsorbing material having difference in adsorbing capacity according to pressure between the piston sliding in a cylinder and the head of the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:When an upper chamber is in a pressurized state and a lower chamber is in a re-reduced pressure state, pistons 3 are present at a neutral point position and valves 14a, 15a, 16a are closed and valves 17a, 17b are opened. From this state, the piston 3a is moved to the upper dead point side by a piston driving motor 12. When the piston 3b reaches the upper dead point and product gas is in a feed state, only valves 15b, 16b are closed and other valves 14b, 17b, 17c are opened. In this gaseous mixture separation apparatus, the reduce pressure power of easily adsorbable gas after the completion of adsorption can be mechanically recovered.</p> |
