PURPOSE:To prevent a slip between a disk and a turntable by providing a flange made of a material with high permeability and having a projection nearly equal to a gear at the outer circumference to both sides of a disk base near its center. CONSTITUTION:When the disk base 1 is loaded on the turntable 4, a flange 2 is attracted by a permanent magnet 5 to press the disk 1 against the turntable 4. When the turntable 4 starts rotation toward an arrow B together with a spindle 3 integrally, a holding member 7 is driven toward an arrow C by moment of inertia and in contact with a projection 2a of the flange 2. Then the contact pressure is increased by friction or meshing force between the holding member 7 and the flange 2 to prevent the relative rotation of the flange 2 to the turntable 4, then the disk 1 and the turntable 4 are driven integrally. At the time of stop, the holding member 7 is driven in a direction opposite to the direction C and in contact with the flange 4, no slip is caused also in this case and the disk base 1 and the turntable 4 are attenuated integrally.
