PURPOSE:To enable minaturization of molding equipment and to make a movement of a cut sheet light, by a method wherein a carrier is provided at the upper part of a machine frame, the cut sheet sucked up with suction pad equipment is grasped with a sheet clamp and moved to a release zone of a molded product by the carrier. CONSTITUTION:In a supply zone 1, a pallet 22 whereon cut sheets (a) are piled up each other is mounted, suction pad 23 is moved vertically, a cut sheet (a) is applied to the bottom of a stationary side clamp of a first sheet clamp by sucking up the cut sheet (a), a rack is moved hereupon and the cut sheet (a) is grasped by pressing the same against the stationary side clamp. Then a carrier 2 is moved to a heating zone II and heating of the sheet is begun by an up and down heaters 25, 26. The bottom of the cut sheet (a) is pressed by moving a lower clamp of a second sheet clamp, the cut sheet (a) is moved by grasping the cut sheet (a) by a second sheet clamp 39 by moving an upper clamp and grasping of the cut sheet (a) is released. The carrier 2 is returned by an endless chain 9.
