摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a control method in clamping and breaking of a mold of a molding machine whose structure is simple and maintenability favorable, by a method wherein a driving motor is controlled by changing the deviation value of a speed obtained by comparing a detected value of a number of revolutions with a commanding value of the speed into a commanding value of torque. CONSTITUTION:When a mold break limit position is set up on a mold break limit position setting instrument 13, a position setting value is applied to a subtractor 19, deducted (compared) from a detected value of a position detected by a position detecting instrument 11 and put out as the deviation value of the position. The deviation value of the position is proportioned, compensated and operated by a control meter 14 for mold breaking position control, put out as a commanding value of a speed, deducted (compared) from an amplified value by an amplifier 18 and put out as the deviation value of the speed. The deviation value of the speed is proportioned, integrated, compensated and operated by a control meter 15 for speed control and sent to a motor driving circuit 16 as a torque commanding value to a driving motor 9. Then the same is converted into a signal controlling an armature current, that is, motor torque of the driving motor 9 by a control circuit 17 for torque control and the driving motor 9 is turned by generating torque on the driving motor 9.
