SOLID AND FLUID BLENDING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To satisfactorily blend a medium fluid with a solid in a short time, by providing a rotary shaft with a stirring blade on an axial line of the main body of a blender and connecting the rotary shaft to a horizontal type screw feeder shaft on the same axial line at the former position. CONSTITUTION:Pulverized charcoal and a medium oil supplied to the main body 2 of a blender are subjected to a severe stirring action by a rotating stirring blade 5. The pulverized charcoal and medium oil receive a centrifugal force generated by the stirrer 5, preferably, a centrifugal force of 10-30G. Then these two ingredients are blended in a part A close to the inner wall of the main body 2 of the blender away from a stirring shaft 6 and a medium oil slurry of pulverized charcoal is formed. In the neighborhood B of the stirring shaft 6, pulverized charcoal or medium oil are not but a space in which only air and medium oil vapor exist is formed. The pulverized charcoal slurry formed is not allowed to make a short pass by a baffle board 12.
