PURPOSE:To obtain a wave guide member whose deformation is little by reducing remaining bubbles in a part close to a plated layer, by a method wherein a prepreg close to a core material is pressurized by increasing a resin pickup on the prepreg and performing cure while removing the bubbles through an outflow of the surplus resin. CONSTITUTION:A prepreg 3a whose resin pickup is much is laminated on the outer circumference of a plated layer 2 formed on the surface of a core metal 1 as the core material, to begin with, on the outside of which a prepreg 3b whose resin pickup is little is laminated and the same is covered with a vacuum pack film 7. When viscosity is lowered by heating resin 5 and along with application of external force to the resin 5 pressure is applied to the prepregs 3a, 3b by sucking the resin 5, as the resin pickup of the inside prepreg 3a is much, inner pressure becomes high. Therefore, the excessive resin 5 of the inside prepreg 3a is streamed, according to which also bubbles are removed by moving and cure is performed. As the core metal is removed by melting the resin, a wave guide pipe to which the plated layer 2 has been transferred is manufactured. |
