An aminomethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydronaphthyl-oxyacetic acid derivative of the formula in which R3 is aryl or substituted aryl, R2 is hydroxyl, alkoxy, phenoxy, benzoxy or NR4R5, and R4 and R5 each independently is hydrogen or alkyl, or one of the radicals R4 or R5 is benzyl, and physiologically acceptable salts thereof with monovalent or divalent cations which have antithrombotic, antiatherosclerotic and antiischaemic activities.
