PURPOSE:To attain miniaturization by connecting two analog signal amplifiers in the reverse direction parallel with each other, applying square wave pulses opposite in phase to each other to them to switch the amplifiers and providing amplification function thereby omitting a synthesis circuit comprising a hybrid circuit. CONSTITUTION:Inverters G1, G2 applies waveform-shaping to square output pulses from a pulse generator. The two systems of the square pulse subject to waveform shaping are given to a base of an amplifier transistor (TR) 1 via a diode D1 and a resistor R2 on one hand and given to a base of a TR 2 via a diode D2 and a resistor R8 on the other hand. The diodes D1, D2 are both conductive only when the square pulse is 0V, the TRs 1, 2 are forward- biased to have the amplifying operation. When the level of the square pulse is in the state of power voltage Vcc, the base bias resistors R3, R8 are opened to the earth to stop the amplifying operation of the TRs. Thus, both the TRs 1, 2 have amplification operation alternately intermittently at the period of the square pulse.
