In a process for determining on a constant basis the moisture content of gases, in particular smoke gases with a changing composition, a zirconium measurement element is used, having one electrode to which the gas to be measured is applied and a second electrode to which a reference gas is applied. Gas is continuously extracted from the stream of gas to be measured, then dried, and the dry gas is used as reference gas. |
