PURPOSE:To enable an improvement in a mass production capability and an automation with a dimensional accuracy made high by mounting and temporarily fixing each vane with maintaining at given intervals using a vane positioning spacer jig available to open/close in a radiation direction under a normal temperature environment. CONSTITUTION:A whole L-shaped movable part 51 is opened to the outside as an arrow Fo together with an anode cylinder 31 is mounted to a spacer jig 50. Intervals between each neighboring spacer part are opened in a larger dimension than a plate thickness of an anode vane in this condition, 10 sheets of anode vanes 32 are inserted in radiational between each projected piece 36 in the inside of the anode cylinder 31 and between each spacer part of a spacer jig, and are placed on a vane sustained part 54 in the condition. Each drive part 53 of the spacer jig 50 is closed in the inner direction as an arrow Fi, and each spacer part 52 moved to the inner direction is firmly sustained mechanically with anode vanes held between each and maintained at given intervals. Anode vanes 32 are temporarily fixed mechanically and firmly by calking of projected pieces 36 in the inside of the anode cylinder 31. This enables a dimensional accuracy to be made high. |
