PURPOSE:To prevent the quality of a solvent from being varied, even if an image forming solvent is allowed to circulate repeatedly and used extending over a long period of time, by allowing the image forming solvent to circulate between a solvent supply part and a solvent storage part, and also, allowing an adsorbing body of a solvent contaminating substance to exist in this circulating system. CONSTITUTION:When water is allowed to circulate and used through a supply pipe 74 and an overflow pipe 78 between a main tank 72 and a circulating tank 94, an adsorbing body 110 is provided, for instance, in a feedback side water tank 94A of the circulating tank 94, and an inorganic substance, an organic substance and a colloidal particle, etc., eluted from a photosensitive material 16 contained in overflow water are eliminated effectively. Also, at the time of moving to a supply side water tank 94B, said body is allowed to pass through a filter 99, and impurities in the water, gelatin and a photographic addition agent, and dust, etc., brought in through the photosensitive material from the air are eliminated, and by an action of the adsorbing body 110, clogging of the filter 99 can also be suppressed, and water which is allowed to circulate and supplied to the main tank always becomes clean.
