发明名称 PRESS MOLD FOR SHEET MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable swift and favorable press molding with simple structure, by a method wherein a capillary fluid passage within which a fluid can be held through a capillary phenomenon is formed on a surface layer part of a pressurizing surface of a sheet material of a press mold. CONSTITUTION:Metallic fiber accumulated layers 28A, 28B are formed on pressurizing surfaces of a sheet of molds 22, 24. The metallic fiber accumulated layer is a cumulative material of woolly metallic fibers of thickness of several tens of microns. The metallic fiber accumulated layers 28A, 28B and mold bodies 22A, 24A are unified by performing thermal bonding of them under a state where the metallic fiber accumulated layer 28A, 28B are pressed against the surfaces of the mold bodies 22A, 24A and a capillary fluid passage 29 is formed among the metallic fibers. An end part of a top force 22 is provided with a water tank 30A and a bottom force 24 is provided with a water tank 30B. Mold clamping of a resin sheet 5 is performed by the top and bottom forces 22, 24 and press molding of the same is performed. In this instance, the resin sheet 5 comes into contact with the metallic fiber accumulated layer where water is stored at both up and down surfaces and solidified through cooling.
