<p>The ion sensor is formed by providing an oxidizing/reducing layer (5) on the surface of a conductive base (1) through electrolytic polymerization, and providing the surface of the layer (5) thus formed with an ion carrier membrane (6) containing polyvinyl chloride, a plasticizer, and an ion carrier, said plasticizer being selected from among those based on a phthalate, maleate, adipate, carboxylate, polycaprolactone and modified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. The obtained ion sensor has a good stability because of a low solubility of the oxidizing/reducing layer in the plasticizer, and shows a low toxicity, thus being usable in vivo.</p> |
