PURPOSE:To prevent mis-transmission of a pulse representing a flow due to fluctuation of number of revolutions of a rotor by not transmitting a noise pulse if the fluctuation of number of revolutions within the angular displacement corresponding to the adjacent pulse interval to be transmitted takes place. CONSTITUTION:An approximated triangle wave voltage signal is given to comparators 32a-32c and a peak detection circuit 40 a flow pulse forming circuit 30 from a terminal T6. A reference voltage from a reference voltage circuit 31 is given to reference a-c of the comparators 32a-32c and when the input approximated triangle wave voltage exceeds each reference point voltage, the output goes respectively to an H level. On the other hand, the triangle wave voltage inputted to the circuit 40 has a waveform where the negative voltage portion is folded toward the positive voltage. When the triangle wave voltage approaches a peak, a multivibrator 39 is triggered, outputs a peak detection pulse and the output goes to an L level when the triangle wave is parted from the peak. The output of the comparators 32a-32c changes from H to L level sequentially attended therewith. In setting the reference points a-c at a proper interval, the signal to the S and R of the FF 37 is arranged alternately at an equal interval.
