摘要 PURPOSE:To provide an increased mechanical strength to the fillet of root area which is most liable to crack during a manufacturing process so that the chance of crack formation many be complete eliminated, by giving a curved surface above a specific radius to the fillet of the root area at gas outlet side where a blade section and a hub section are jointed. CONSTITUTION:A radial flow type ceramic turbine rotor comprises a shaft section 4, a hub section 2 integrally coupled with the shaft section 4 and a blade section 1 integrally coupled with the hub section 2. The hub section 2 has its end surface of gas outlet side projection outwardly from the root area of gas outlet side at the blade section 1. In this case, the fillet 3 of gas outlet side root area at which the blade section 1 and the hub section 2 are jointed together is formed after burn-out at the curve radius of 3Rmm. or more, preferably 10Rmm. or less and most preferably in the range of 4R-6Rmm.. In this manner, a turbine rotor can be obtained, providing an increased mechanical strength to the fillet of root area which is most liable to crack during a manufacturing process and completely elimating the chance of crack formation.
